The next time you lay your head in my lap, I will sift through the tangled locks on your head and pluck out each and every white hair.
(Each of these hairs, these white hairs mixed in with your silky blue-black, are the embodiment of your mistakes and flaws)
Every hair I will pull. You won’t feel pain until you see that I’ve woven them into a bracelet and tied it tightly ‘round your wrist, so that you will be able to see how flawed you are (Even though, I once thought you nearly perfect)The next time I rest my head on your shoulder while sitting in the sunshine, you will look at my hair as it blows free around my head. You see, unlike you, all my wrong-colored hairs, all my flaws and mistakes, are what make my wave of hair beautiful. My flaws come in colors of copper, yellow, brown, red… (while yours are only ever white) If you plucked all my discolored hairs out and wove them into a bracelet to tightly lock round my wrist, it would be brilliant and lovely.
The next time you are writing and your arms are bare, where you’ve shoved up the fabric of your black hooded jacket, I’ll look at your skin and think to myself that you’ve never really drank the sunshine. You are pale, like me, but I see no spots where the sun has kissed you. On my arms, I will let you play connect the dots, and let you trace my freckles with your fingers (hidden in them are constellations like the stars) You have no freckles and it makes me wonder if you are really alive.
The next time your shoes get old and wore, I will tie the laces together and throw them over a telephone wire. You will think it a bad thing; of how the stench of them will surely kill passing birds and how their worn surface and the holes in the soles is unsightly. I will only think of the scene as a lovely memory of all the places these shoes had taken you and all the places they touched; the soft spring grass, the freshly polished wood floors of your house, the rich soil where I planted flowers. When my shoes become worn and old, I will also throw them over a telephone wire, right after I shower them in the brilliant colors of Sharpie markers and write my name on the bottom so everyone who sees them know that these shoes belong to me, and took me to beautiful places.
Whenever I’m drawing with ink, and you’re beside me, I’ll reach over and draw on your skin. Draw pictures that symbolize your hate and anger. Pictures that are lies and fibs, pictures that show your masks and your real self. I’ll press hard enough in places that you bleed, and that blood will mix with the ink and stain your skin. I’ll use an array of color on your skin, blues, reds, blacks, purples, greens, yellows. Bright and brilliant, dark and gloomy. I’ll write poems in jagged letters, and words in lovely cursive. I’ll coat your hands and arms, shoulders and back, chest and neck, stomach and hips, ankles and feet, legs and knees. I’ll cover you will stories, because I hate you. I’ll make your skin beautiful so you aren't. Then, on my hands I’ll start to draw, because I know you can’t. I’ll write on myself these words, and they shall read themselves back to me as I see you walk away.

Oooh! very nice! 8D I remember reading this poem in your gallery a while back, and the way you've integrated it with this picture is really cool! 8D Ahh I love pictures with multiple color schemes like this XD Uber job! 8D
